Greg Rank is something of a one-off. Besides being an accomplished singer-songwriter with an ear for a quirky melody and a humorous lyric, he is also an entrepreneur, inventor, golf enthusiast and genuine eccentric.

He has recorded over 100 original songs, by degrees funny, sad and inventive. But every one is something different from the ordinary, and it’s that which makes Greg and his music truly stand out from the crowd.

And now you can see Greg’s unique talent for yourself with the release of his short movie – ‘Elliot’s War’ . The movie soundtrack is available in the iTunes store.

Furthermore (and you don’t hear this from most artists), the film features as a prop Greg’s very own Outer Space Ultralight Rocking Chair (the OSULRC-1)

Besides the movie, Greg has 10 new songs available via the Amazon store, and each is as original as the mind from whence they came. His songwriting was learnt through studying with the likes of Buddy Kaye, Bonnie Hayes and Motown lyricist Kaye Parker, as well as through his love of The Doors, The Eagles and The Rolling Stones.



But songs such as ‘Twice In A Lifetime’ and ‘The Art of Flying’ show that Greg has taken his influences and twisted them into something new and very special indeed.



You can also hear Greg’s musical talent through the fruits of his other passion – golf. He has created a social networking site based around the game – ‘Twenty 2 One Golf’ (http://twenty2one.com).



The project is both another forum to showcase his music and further evidence of the endless creativity and invention that is the mind of Greg Rank.
