HGTV's top-rated reality competition, HGTV Design Star, will return for a dynamic fifth season beginning Sunday, June 13, at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Produced by Mark Burnett Productions, the series will feature 12 competitive and creative finalists executing ingenious designs, as well as an illustrious judging panel of acclaimed interior designers (Genevieve Gorder, Candice Olson and Vern Yip). The finalists, who include professional interior designers, contractors, stylists, architects and artists, must navigate innovative design challenges and dazzle the judges--and special celebrity guests--with creativity and ingenuity until one wins their own show on HGTV. The hour-long series, shot in NYC this season, will air on Sundays for 11 weeks through August 22.

Designer David Bromstad brings his signature design style to his very hot hometown --Miami! Full of amazing architecture and cultural diversity, this vibrant city will serve as a backdrop and source of inspiration for David's unique designs. Taking his cues from local landmarks such as gorgeously restored art deco hotels, botanical gardens, and the sexiest nightspots on the strip, David will transform ordinary rooms and outdoor spaces into something spectacular!

HGTV Green Home Giveaway 2010

A charming, single-family cottage-style home located just eight miles north of Cape Cod will be awarded to one lucky winner during the HGTV Green Home Giveaway 2010. The eco-friendly home, located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, is part of the grand prize package valued at almost $800,000 that features a 2010 GMC Terrain and $100,000. Viewers can get an insider's peek at the fully furnished, custom-designed home during the HGTV Green Home 2010 special, which premiered on Sunday, April 18 and airs at various times throughout April and May. In addition, online users can see a photo gallery and a 360-degree virtual tour of the third annual HGTV Green Home at HGTV.com/greenhome .

The HGTV Green Home Giveaway opened for entries on Friday, April 16, at 9 a.m. ET and runs through Friday, June 4, at 5 p.m. ET. During the giveaway entry period, entrants may enter once per day on HGTV.com or as often as they wish by regular mail.
