Epitaph artists hitting the road on Warped Tour

Once again Epitaph & Hellcat Records will be stoutly represented at the legendary Vans Warped Tour. Going on sixteen ear-shattering summers this glorious traveling punk rock carnival has spread the gospel of punk inspired rock and roll. And each year Epitaph and Hellcat bands have been there to help spread the message. 2010 is no exception with highly anticipated sets featuring the dark melodic power anthems of Alkaline Trio, the brutal wall of sound mayhem of Bring Me The Horizon and performances by Every Time I Die, Parkway Drive, Set Your Goals, Our Last Night, Left Alone and California dates by legendary English punk vets G.B.H. The tour launches at the Home Depot Center in Southern California before careening across the country throughout the summer months. The complete lineup and list of dates can be found at www.warpedtour.com

Alkaline Trio (Entire Tour – Main Stage)
This immensely popular punk power trio combines the fast melodic energy of early punk rock with dark haunting imagery. Their electrifying new album This Addiction has been celebrated as a creative resurgence by new converts and the band’s legions of dedicated fans alike.

Bring Me The Horizon (Entire Tour – Main Stage)
In 2008, Kerrang!'s "Best British Newcomers" Bring Me The Horizon, made a raucous US debut at the Vans Warped Tour, quickly drawing some of the festivals largest audiences. Charismatic front-man Oli Sykes' unruly antics, harsh growls and frenzied stage presence gave him absolute command over the crowds, which erupted into a mass of frenzied slam-dancing chaos. Since then the band has assumed the mantle of upstart metal stars and will bring their state of the art sonic brutality to Warped 2010, playing songs from their breakthrough epitaph release Suicide Season.

Every Time I Die (Entire Tour – Main Stage *starting from 7/2)
Venerated metal road warriors Every Time I Die bring their mayhem inciting hardcore sound to Warped 2010, entertaining newcomers and die hard fans alike with a monstrous set sure to include rousing favorites from their latest masterwork New Junk Aesthetic, of which Art Voice magazine said “(the album) is a storming barrage of the band’s serpentine, tear-the-house-apart riffing, and their speeding, start/stop histrionics remain at the surface. But a deeper listen to this hike into the heavy reveals the band’s hardest and most focused effort to date.

Parkway Drive (Entire Tour – Alt Press Stage)
Blasting out of Byron, almost as an affront to the serenity of their surrounds, Parkway Drive have quickly established themselves as the most formidable force Australian heavy hardcore had ever seen. A five-piece of awesome power and charisma, they caused a storm in their homeland that is quite literally without precedent. The band will be blasting through a set of songs from their hotly anticipated follow-up to 2007’s Horizons, entitled Deep Blue.

Set Your Goals (Entire Tour – Alt Press Stage)
In the few years Set Your Goals has been a band they've already achieved what most bands only dream about: toured the world, gained huge respect from their peers and achieved massive credibility among their wide-spread legion of fans. The band is blazing trails with a unique style that's influenced by ‘90's skate punk and melodic hardcore. No trendy haircuts or cheesy breakdowns here, just straight ahead pop-punk like it's meant to be played. Avoiding the sophomore slump like it was a plague; Set Your Goals comes out guns-a-blazing on their latest album, This Will Be The Death Of Us.

Our Last Night ( 8/7 – 8/15 – Alt Press Stage)
Rising melodic-metal group Our Last Night made a thunderous return with the recent release of their sophomore album, We Will All Evolve, out now on Epitaph Records. Like the album’s title suggests, the New Hampshire quintet have gone through their own evolution over the past few years - transforming into a tightly knit group and honing their craft of striking technicality, crushing metal-laden riffs and catchy melodic choruses.

G.B.H. (6/25 – 6/27 *CA dates – Stage TBD)
There isn't a self-respecting gutter punk, hardcore kid or subculture miscreant alive who hasn't seen the GBH logo emblazoned on the back of a leather jacket, a denim vest, or a torn-up t-shirt. GBH have been a band for over 30 years - their longevity a testament to the purity of their sound and vision which is prototypical loud and fast sing along street punk. The band is back in fine form with their brand new album Perfume and Piss which is, in the band's own words, the "best album we've done in a long, long time." This show is essential to anyone with an interest in aggressive music.

LEFT ALONE (Entire Tour – Stage TBD)
Combining three-chord punk rock with ska and just a dash of country to create a unique sound all their own, Mohawk and leather sporting outfit Left Alone has used their DIY ethos to move up the ranks from backyard band to Hellcat Records staple on their latest self-titled album.
