Dana Carvey, Billy Gardell, Kevin Nealon and Christopher Titus headline "Laugh Your A$$ Off, Save The World,” an evening of hilarious and clean comedy benefiting abused and at-risk children at Olive Crest on Saturday, May 7th at 8:00 PM at the Alex Theatre in Glendale. Jillian Barberie from Good Day LA will be the evening’s special host. Tickets are available by visiting http://www.in-sightyouth.com or by calling the Box Office at (818) 243-2539. Tickets range from $35.00 – $125.00 and are tax deductible. The Alex Theatre is located at 216 N. Brand Boulevard in Glendale. Olive Crest transforms the lives of at-risk children through the healing power of the family by providing a full continuum of services that meet the individual needs of youth in crisis. All proceeds raised from this event will support Olive Crest’s programs in the Greater Los Angeles area. This 3rd annual evening of comedy is being presented and organized by the In-sight Youth Project, a non-profit, all volunteer foundation started by comedian Christopher Titus. Titus explained his reason for putting together these charitable events, "Children are our future is just a song. The In-Sight Youth Project was set out to help organizations that help older foster kids become adults, kids who have their adult hoods ‘In Sight.’ Titus further remarked, “And let’s not forget, 14 to 18 year old kids are our immediate future. It just won’t fit into a song lyric. We help kids from 8 to 18, kids who have been through 22 foster homes but were not taught the skills for the real world. We raise money for groups, like Olive Crest, who give these kids a real shot at a powerful life.” About Olive Crest Since 1973, Olive Crest has transformed the lives of over 50,000 abused, neglected, and at-risk children and their families. Olive Crest works tirelessly to meet the individual needs of kids in crisis by providing safe homes, counseling, and education for both youth and parents.
