Festivities will be held 8 am to 3 pm at the Carlsbad State Beaches beginning at Frazee Beach, (Carlsbad Blvd. & Pine Ave.) in downtown Carlsbad, stretching south on the sand to Tamarack Beach. One Mile of music, food, sporting events, and stewardship are planned - Come join the Fun!!
