Domination! Presents The Expendables and Iration; a 40+ date tour that will span coast to coast. The tour will make its final stop in Los Angeles at The Wiltern on Friday, November 9. Tickets go on sale Friday, August 10 at 10 AM. Purchase tickets at LiveNation.com, select Live Nation and Ticketmaster retail outlets and via Charge-By-Phone at (800) 745-3000.
Both bands have had tremendous success with their constant touring over the years; logging countless miles and thousands of shows with an impressive loyal fan base to show for it. Independently successful, the California bands are excited to be bringing Cisco Adler along to open the entire tour. The tour is presented by Domination! App, a brand new 2- 4 player based domino game for the iPhone, iPod and iPad that connects players with their social networking contacts and friends.
Santa Cruz group, The Expendables, recently released Gone Soft; a 12 track acoustic retooling of some of their classics. After 14 years together, the group has released six albums and sold an impressive 100,000 plus copies independently. The groups multi-faceted live show has had them share the same stages as Slightly Stoopid, Pennywise, Pepper, 311 and had them featured on the entire 2011 Vans Warped Tour.
Iration is an alternative/reggae group of musicians who met while growing up in Hawaii but formed the group after reconnecting in Santa Barbara, CA. Time Bomb, the band's most recent full length album, which has sold over 28K copies, included three singles that enjoyed much radio success - “Turn Around” spent 11 weeks at #1 on San Diego’s 91X. Their most recent release Fresh Grounds debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseeker’s Chart and #114 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. After having sold out shows at venues like House of Blues in West Hollywood and performing at festivals such as Chicago's Lollapalooza in 2011, Iration eagerly looks forward to returning to these cities and their fans in them; especially considering the true essence of their music is best captured live where they are able to fully demonstrate their original brand of soulful, melody driven reggae and rock.
Opener Cisco Adler’s debut solo album Aloha, set to release late-October in the U.S through Cisco’s own record label Bananabeat Records. The album includes 13 reggae infused hip-hop tracks produced and engineered by Adler, and mixed by Shane Stoner. Aloha features guest vocals from G. Love, G-Eazy, Reggae legend Don Carlos, and Mod Sun, with a variety of musicians including Slightly Stoopid’s Kyle McDonald, Bananabeat’s Mark Goodfeather, the North Mississippi All-Stars’ Dickinson brothers, and many other artists. The 6-track EP version of Aloha is available now on iTunes.
Lead Expendables guitarist, Raul said about the upcoming tour, "We haven't been on tour with our good friends in Iration since our first Winter Blackout tour in 2010 so we are excited to get back on the road with them. We just have to make sure that we keep our bus and our liquor cabinet locked. This is gonna be a fun co-headlining tour with us switching off closing. Then we got Cisco to round out the bill. I hadn't heard much about his new music until he signed on. He has been very versatile musically with his previous bands Shwayze and Whitestarr, and his new album Aloha fits very well with the vibe we are bringing to the tour. It's gonna be a tour full of high, positive energy and a lot of partying. I don't recommend anybody miss this tour."
