Your Band Could Win!
This contest is being held as part of the ROCKRGRL Women of Valor Award Evening honoring the band FANNY - the first all-female band ever to release a full-length album on a major label.
Prizes Include:
• Perform at the ROCKRGRL Women of Valor Award Evening at the Berklee Performance Center April 20, 2007.
• A Luna Electric Guitar (www.lunaguitars.com)
• 2-hour consultation with Emily Lichter, founder of Public Emily Public Relations. (www.publicemily.com)
• Showcase at the Verge Festival in Boston in April (www.vergeconference.com)
• 6 hours of Berklee studio time
BAND REQUIREMENTS:
All bands must be EXCLUSIVELY FEMALE AND INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE BERKLEE ALUMNA OR CURRENT STUDENT.
Must be available to play in Boston on March 9 and 10, April 7, and April 20, 2007.
Deadline for submissions: Friday, February 16, 2007, at 12:00 noon.
