Still under Victory Records, Hawthorne Heights releases their 3rd album Fragile Future and hits the road this fall to headline The Never Sleep Again Tour. The tour is schedule to hit major cities across the U.S. along side special guest artists Emery, The Color Fred, Tickle Me Pink and The Mile After.
With their first two albums reaching platinum and gold status, Fragile Future was recently 4 on The Indie Rock Charts. They have released their first single Rescue Me. The music video features some amazing colorful special effects against the band playing in their primitive black suits. Other tracks on the new album that have already gained interest are Some Where In Between, Disaster and Four Become One.
Four Become One is a song written for their late band member Casey Calvert (guitarist and vocals) whom unfortunately passed away in his sleep while on tour with Hawthorne Heights last November 24th, 2007, due to an accidental overdose of prescriptions drugs. Devastated, the band decided not to replace Casey’s spot in honor of his memory.
Moving on Hawthorne Heights covered Smashing Pumpkins’s song Bullet With Butterfly Wings that was released on Myspace’s Smashing Pumpkins tribute album. Hawthorne Heights also announced they would be performing at Linkin Park’s Projekt Revolution 2008 tour.
Determined to get back in the studio the 4 remaining members give you the long waited album Fragile Future.
