The 88 (http://www.the88.net ) are very excited to announce their return next month to Spaceland (Spaceland 1717 Silverlake Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90027) for a Tuesday night residency with shows on September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. The 88 have invited a slew of special guests to share the stage for all five shows, so stay tuned for confirmations. What's more, The 88 guarantees that no two of their own sets will be alike – they’ll be mixing things up with tracks from their first three records "Kind of Light", "Over and Over" and "Not Only....But Also" with tracks from an upcoming release, a few covers, and likely a bit of musical accompaniment from other bands.
All shows are 21+, doors are at 8:30pm and tix are $10 in advance, $12 at the door.
