Third Eye Blind and Sean Paul to appear on A&E's "Private Sessions"

Join A&E and host Lynn Hoffman this month for all new “Private Sessions” premieres including interviews and exclusive performances with modern rock band Third Eye Blind on Sunday, August 16th at 9AM ET/PT and Jamaican reggae and dancehall superstar Sean Paul on Sunday, August 23rd at 9AM ET/PT.

Lead singer Stephan Jenkins and drummer Brad Hargreaves of Third Eye Blind sit down for an intimate interview on Sunday, August 16th at 9AM ET/PT to provide viewers a peek into the band’s 12 year career, and perform major hits “Semi-Charmed Life,” Jumper,” “Never Let You Go,” as well as songs off their new album Ursa Major¸ including “Don’t Believe a Word,” “Bonfire,” and “Why Can’t You Be.”

Jamaican pop star Sean Paul also joins “Private Sessions” on Sunday, August 23 at 9AM ET/PT to perform his chart-topping hits “We Be Burnin’,” “Temperature,” “Gimme the Light,” “Get Busy,” as well as the new single “So Fine,” from his highly-anticipated fourth album entitled Imperial Blaze. His interview with host, Lynn Hoffman will give viewers an in-depth look at this Grammy Award-winning artists career and reveal his richer, more mature sound.

Filmed in a small, intimate studio in New York City, “Private Sessions” showcases exclusive performances and conversations with top names in entertainment with a focus on contemporary music ranging from rock ‘n’ roll to pop to country. Each Sunday morning “Private Sessions” explores the body of work of a single artist or group and feature current releases as well as career-building, influential or defining projects.
