Pre-orders are now being taken for California's new Spay & Neuter license plate, designed by actor/artist Pierce Brosnan and sponsored by the California Veterinary Medical Board. Proceeds from sales of the license plate will provide funding for free or low-cost spay and neuter surgeries throughout California-and the plates themselves are a great way to raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering.
