The Surfaris and more to perform in Glendora July 5

After all the fireworks are over Sunday night, July 4, there’s more holiday fun at Glendora Village’s all-day Independence Day Jubilee on Monday, July 5, that concludes with a free concert by The Surfaris, whose hit Wipeout ignited California’s signature surf sounds.
7 a.m. pancake breakfast at participating Village restaurants ($6; free for uniformed military members), community parade at 9:30 a.m., free concerts begin at 11 a.m. with Alison England Sam and R. Christofer Sands performing Americana favorites, Tracy Newman and the Reinforcements, blues guitarist extraordinaire Stan West, and The Surfaris.
All activities are free except the pancake breakfast.
Monday, July 5, in Glendora Village, along Glendora Avenue between Foothill and Bennett, Glendora, CA 91741.
