American Girl fashion show March 18-20 in Pasadena to benefit Children's Hospital

Celebrate the twenty-fifth birthday of American Girl at the American Girl Fashion Show, a fun filled event for girls, their families, friends and favorite dolls on March 18, 19, and 20 at Brookside Country Club (1133 N. Rosemont Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91103). Enjoy a colorful performance with girls and their dolls modeling historical and contemporary outfits. Learn how clothing has changed over the years to reflect history, culture and girls’ individual styles.

Meet Anna Margaret, an American singer, songwriter, actress, and model. In less than a year, the 14-year-old singer has become one of the bright lights among emerging teen stars. Her hit tracks from the Disney Channel original movies include “Something About the Sunshine” from “Starstruck,” and "Girl Thing" from “Den Brothers”. But she’s much more than an exceptionally talented singer. Anna Margaret is a girl who has struggled to realize her dreams. She hopes to inspire girls everywhere.

Featured in two of American Girls’ publications, Anna believes in the American Girl, “Spirit of Giving”. She has a strong desire to help the children at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Anna says, “I believe in the message that American Girl sends to young girls today, and I am excited to be able to be part of this wonderful event. I want to encourage young girls to reach for their dreams, work hard and give to others. After all, giving to others is what makes every girl a star.”
