After a massively successful tour with Avenged Sevenfold, A&M/Octone recording group Hollywood Undead will return to the road to headline the Revolt Tour. Kicking off in Boston on April 6th the tour will feature special guests 10 Years, Drive A and New Medicine.
On April 5th, the band returns with their second album: American Tragedy. The album is the follow up to their controversial but massively successful gold debut, Swan Songs, which spent 53 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart. Hollywood Undead’s first single from the album, “Hear Me Now” is already Top 30 on the modern rock charts.
"'American Tragedy' is the record I always hoped that Hollywood Undead would write,” remarked Johnny 3 Tears. “We couldn’t be more proud. We hope all the fans love it as much as we do. Our fans mean everything to us, and we dedicate this record to them.”
The group is an explosive cocktail of hip hop, rock and metal, forging an alternative style that carved out a loyal and die-hard fan base since their debut on the LA scene in 2005. They craft incisive, sharp and sarcastic raps that slash the jugular of mainstream pop culture. Donning individual masks, Hollywood Undead possess a dark aesthetic that's connected to their hometown's depravity.
The Revolt Tour will kick off on April 6th in Boston, MA at the House Of Blues and run until May 27th in Des Monies, IA. For the most up to date information and on sale dates log on to: www.hollywoodundead.com for full details.
