About Pusha-T
More than eight years since his major-label debut with biological brother Malice as rap duo Clipse, Pusha T’s star is burning brighter than ever. In September 2010, he signed to Kanye West’s GOOD Music label and immediately signaled his new affiliation with a much-cheered performance of "Runaway" with Kanye at 2010's MTV Video Music Awards. Cut to 2011: Having scorched the earth with his Hit Boy Produced My God single this past February, Pusha is geared to release his much-anticipated mixture project Fear Of Godtoday, March 21. The mixture features Kanye West, Pharrell, 50 Cent, Rick Ross and others. Pusha is soon to touch the stage at the 2011 Bamboozle Festival and Roadshow in promotion of Fear Of God. As part of the Clipse, Pusha saw his grass-roots support grow at a steady pace. Their platinum debut album Lord Willin’ debuted at #1 on theBillboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart and #4 on the Billboard Top 200 and spawnedhits “Grindin,” “When the Last Time,” and “Cot Damn.” Meanwhile, collaborations ran the gamut from Justin Timberlake’s “Like I Love You” to Birdman’s “What Happened to the Boy?” Sophomore album Hell Hath No Fury was critically lauded, as was 2009’s Till the Casket Drops. 2011 marks Pusha T’s finest hour. His as yet untitled debut album for GOOD Music is set to be released early this summer.
