Cosplayers get ready for one of the mostexciting events at his summer's most anticipated anime, manga and music convention AM2 as it proudly announces its official Masquerade event which will be held in the Official Main Events hall this coming 4th of July weekend. Awards for this year's Masquerade include:
Top Awards - These are for entries that have shown the best combination of both presentation and costume craftsmanship.
1. Best in Show
2. Best Group performance
3. Best single performance
4. Judges award
Craftsmanship Awards - These entries have shown an excellence in costume construction for each skill level. To be eligible, an entry must go through preliminary costume judging.
For Solo Entries:

c. Best Advanced Intermediate Craftsmanship

Advanced Intermediate Craftsmanship
e. Best Intermediate Craftsmanship

Presentation Awards - This is for entries that have shown excellent stagepresence through either performance or exhibition of costume.

Judges Awards - These awards are for entries that the Judges deem worthy of an award, but did not fit into any of the other categories. A total of 2 judges awards will be presented.
