Luanne Hunt offers peek at new Christmas song

Dear Friends!

I know it’s a little early for Season’s Greetings, but today feels like Christmas to me! I just completed my new holiday single, “One Star, A Million Lights” and it’s up on Youtube for listening/viewing. Here’s the link:

This song is very close to my heart, as it was an inspired by a story that was told to me by my dear friend, Michelle Boggiano from El Paso, Texas. It’s a sweet folk tale that has a beautiful and inspiring message for all of us.

I wrote the lyrics and Steve, once again, created a wonderful melody that makes you want to sing along. The children you hear on the tune are a group of students from a vocal studio here in the High Desert. They were all so professional when they came in to record and I couldn’t be more proud of their work!

I’ll be sending this to iTunes and CD Baby for distribution this week and it should be available for download in early October. I’ll send out another email when it goes LIVE!

Also want to let you know that Michelle has written a spectacular children’s picture book that tells the same story as the one in “One Star, A Million Lights.” It’s called “Jesus’ Birthday Gift” and if you have children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews, you will definitely want to add this special book to their library.
