Hello ragtime fans!
Please mark the date, Saturday, September 17th, on your calendars for the next performance (musicale) of the OCRS (Orange County Ragtime Society). All year long we've featured many of your favorite solo ragtime artists (pianists and string players mostly) as well as several performers who are new to the scene. Some of these are young and just getting their start in the ragtime world while others are veterans but are new to Orange County audiences.
As earlier this year, we’ll be meeting at Steamers Jazz Club & Cafe, 138 W. Commonwealth Ave., Fullerton. Nearby street, lot and structure parking is free. There is no cover charge for the performance and no reservations are necessary. Just drop on by between 1 and 4:30 p.m. and enjoy the music and, if you’re so inclined, order some food and beverages off the wonderful menu.
