Hello All,We are opening our new production "I'm Just Wild About Harry" on May 17th with previews starting May 10th. We'll be playing at 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 2pm on Sundays.
It's an Old-Fashioned Musical comedy that Bill Reilly and I have adapted from Brandon Thomas's "Charley's Aunt" with music added from the early 1900's. Lots of familiar tunes.
This show will be in our brand new theater that will hopefully be completed by the time we start previews, but the new chairs may not arrive until opening (no later, I hope). The theater will be approx. 68 seats and located in St. Matthew's Church at 11031 Camarillo Street in North Hollywood. Finally our own space. Sooooo, we really need your support and love.
Through plays411 and goldstar events and LAstagealliance we will be offering half price tickets. Previews are only $10 ($5 for half off) and regular shows are $20 ($10 for half off), Opening night (May 17th) with small wine and cheese gathering afterwards is only $25 (we will be offering a limited number of half off, but friends are always welcome to half off and or pay what you can, if you are really strapped.). If you can afford full price for any and all, we could use the support or just a donation.
If you are interested in joining our board of directors let us know. We ask that the board donate $100 a year, come to our shows if possible, bring some paying customers, help raise money etc. and become a part of our success.
