See Stoneman's "They Did It For Freedom" video

Fairy God Brother Productions & Film Company, LLC is proud to announce the completion of it's music video project with Tower of Stone Productions. The music video is a documentary style based on a song written, performed and produced by singer and songwriter Stonewall Towery, aka, STONEMAN. The song is titled "They Did It For Freedom" and it pays homage to the people who bravely faced dangers during the Civil Rights movement of the 1950's and 60's.

The music video was shot in Los Angeles in July of 2008 and was written, directed and edited by Glenn Towery, founder and president of Fairy God Brother Productions and Film Company, LLC. It is produced as a joint project of Tower of Stone Productions and Fairy God Brother Productions.

Stoneman is an award winning songwriter and performer who has distinguished himself by winning many notable national and international song writing competitions. His current song, "They Did It For Freedom", can be heard by going to his website at: www.stonemanavenue.com

Glenn Towery is a well-known award winning director and actor of film and stage. This year, his production company is releasing a full-length documentary that he directed and produced titled "Glenn & Linus Michael Attend The Million Man March". The music video will be included in this project as well.

"When I was approached by Stoneman and asked to direct his music video I was immediately struck by the powerful message contained within his song. I envisioned an opportunity to do a documentary-type music video because the historical lyrics of the song clearly lends itself to such a genre. I thoroughly enjoyed working on the project and I hope the general public enjoys it, too, if for no other reason than the music is fantastic!" said Glenn Towery.

The music video should hit the television airwaves soon so please keep a lookout for STONEMAN and his new song "They Did It For Freedom". As well as his new CD "Stoneman, It Is What It Is".
