Food truck festival, business expo and more in Arcadia March 31

Attendees at Santa Anita Park horse racing on March 31 will get even more for their money than the track’s planned Food Truck Festival and live concert. Arcadia Chamber of Commerce will offer visitors to the first-ever Winners’ Circle Business Expo at the track’s famous Clockers’ Corner at the west end of the grandstands free discount cards for many of the Gourmet Food Trucks on the infield, a personal visit with character Tommy Ten Pin of 300 Pasadena bowling lanes, who will pass out “personalized free game and shoe cards,” and a chance to win $100 in cash or a gift certificate for a Deluxe Shave Ice from A Rockin’ Ice during four hourly “Pick Six” raffle drawings from 12 noon – 4 p.m.

Sponsored by exhibitors Century Rooter, along with Art 2 Ink and KAP Promotions, the Expo will feature information tables and give-aways from more than 25 exhibitors: 300 Pasadena; Arbonne International; Art 2 Ink; Arcadia Association of Realtors; Arcadia Chamber of Commerce; Budget Blinds of San Gabriel; Century Rooter; Clipper Magazine; City of Arcadia – Fire, Police & Recreation; StorAmerica; Foothill Federal Credit Union; KAP Promotions; Methodist Hospital; Metro Patrol Services; NRS Design Studio; Professional Advisory Services; Party Lite; Right At Home; Rose Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary; S. Sanders Insurance Company; Salon De Jeunesse; Santa Anita Dental; Serendipity Pre School; and Wells Fargo Mortgage.

Attendees who stop by the Expo before heading to the infield will get discount cards to the following Food Trucks: A Rockin Ice ($1 off $6 Deluxe or $7 Espresso Shave Ice); Maui Wowi Hawaiian (20% / $1 off any regular-sized Smoothie beverage); The Greasy Wiener (free samples, catering discounts); and other discounts from trucks such as The Shrimp Pimp, Jogasaki Sushi Burrito, and others.

The Expo will be promoted on signage throughout the stadium, listed in the race program, and announced between races by famed track announcer Trevor Denman.
