After a Blazing 2007 which included a nomination for “Best Live Electric Band” at the 2007 Toronto Independent Music Awards, Marshall Dane is hotter than ever! On Thursday night July 31,2008, nominated for the second straight year, Marshall Dane won the award for “Best Live Electric Band”.
In 2008 Marshall has set his sights and taken aim to earn his spot on the International Stage. As one of Canada’s finest emerging performers Marshall is attracting attention all the way from Los Angeles to Australia, while continuing to play to sold out crowds across Eastern Canada.
Winning “Best Live Electric Band” at the 2008 Toronto Independent Music Awards, is a major step forward for Marshall. "The people voted...and we're thrilled we won!", Marshall stated.
