Never ones to shy away from testosterone-laden road trips, the girls of Civet - Liza Graves, Suzi Homewrecker, Jacqui Valentine and Roxie Darling- are taking their punk rock show on the road once again with Dropkick Murphys beginning on February 20 at the newly restored historic Hollywood Palladium.
Civet have honed their chops supporting Dropkick Murphys last year, as well as tours and shows with labelmates Rancid and Tiger Army and dark rockers Aiden, who Graves described as "our dark and scary rock n roll male equivalent," possibly because of both band's taste for black eyeliner.
Civet's Hellcat Records debut Hell Hath No Fury came out last fall, and the girls have not stopped working since. Like Runaways-era Joan Jett channeling Motorhead, the brash and tattooed chicks are proving that they can hold their own with any all-guy bands out there today.
