THIS MONTH’S WORKSHOP: NOVEMBER 22 & 23
SUZANNE PERILMAN
"FINDING ONE'S CREATIVE VOICE-USING THE THERMOGRAPHIC PROCESS"
WORKSHOP
The November workshop is with Suzanne Perilman who is Surface Designer from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Suzanne Perilman is well known for her textile art and fashion designs. Suzanne's wearable art encompasses her growth as an artist and the refinement of time. Although she is a master dyer, wax resist, guta serti, devore, and much more, our class will concentrate on silk screening and image transfer.

This is a chance to expand your knowledge and investigate another spin on screen-printing. If you have been shopping lately maybe you have noticed some of the gorgeous organza creations with silkscreen prints, which are demanding very high price tags. You will be able to make your own high-end garment with these new techniques. Plan on attending this two-day workshop! For more info about Suzanne: www.suzanneperilman.com

LOCATION: Pasadena just north of the 210 freeway. COST: $60per day for members, $70 per day for non-members
