The last of this season’s free Kaleidoscope Concert series will conclude with Johannes, Robert, Clara, Florestan and Eusebius Wednesday, April 28 at 7:15 p.m. The piano quartets, Johannes Brahms’ in C minor and Robert Schumann’s in Eb, are two reasons why the Romantic era is still so popular. Kevin Fitz-gerald, professor of piano at USC will be joined by Philharmonic violinist Paul Stein, Carrie Dennis, principal violist of the Philharmonic, and cellist Maksim Velichkin, music director of Classical Underground.

Following the program you are cordially invited to meet and speak with the musicians. Coffee, provided courtesy of Starbucks, and light refreshments will be served. Funded by the Arcadia Public Library Foundation, the concert is free and no reservations are necessary.
