Like to do something different? Come on down this Saturday night, May 8th, 6pm - 10pm, to the Pomona Art Walk and attend the opening reception for 29th annual Open Juried Art Show! This will feature several oil paintings by SkallyWagz guitarist Joe Palmieri! If you've never been to the 2nd Saturday Art Walk, you're in for a treat. There are more than a dozen galleries and exhibits in a 2 square block area. Come early for wine and cheese samplers at most galleries. You should check this out, most Second Saturdays are PACKED, it's quite a happening event!
Joe's paintings will be displayed in the Progress Space Gallery at 300-A South Thomas street. This is Downstairs in the old Progress Bulletin Building, same block as the Fox Theater on the opposite end. Super cool - you will be impressed with the whole arts colony.
