Asylum, recently released on Reprise Records, is Disturbed's fourth consecutive studio album to debut at No. 1, a feat achieved by only two other rock groups in history: Metallica and the Dave Matthews Band. The first single off the album, "Another Way To Die" is a #1 hit at Active Rock Radio, and the current single, "Animal" is quickly climbing the rock radio charts.
Early critical praise for Asylum has been effusive. The Chicago foursome recently wrapped the first annual Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival and they will continue to tour through the end of the year, with a European run from mid-November through mid-December. Next year they will be hitting the road on the 4th annual Music As A Weapon Tour, tentatively slated to run from January-March 2011.
