Legendary Zov’s Bistro & Bakery in Tustin has become a culinary institution ever since Chef Zov Karamardian opened in 1987. Her food is contemporary with lots of Eastern Mediterranean influence. Over the years, the concept has continued to grow with several locations - the latest being John Wayne Airport!



Her awards include the 2002 Angel Award by the James Beard Foundation, New York City; Restauranteur of the Year by Southern California Restaurant Writers; and Gourmet Magazine - l996 Best Bakeries in Southern California. She's been heralded in the pages of Bon Appetit, Sunset Magazine and the Los Angeles Times, and has been featured on "Extra" on ABC-TV. Her restaurant's bakery was selected as the #1 in the nation by the Television Food Network.



She is the author of two award-winning cookbooks: Zov: Recipes and Memories from the Heart and Simply Zov - Rustic classics with a Mediterranean Twist and she will have them for sale at class.
