Gustavo Dudamel to conduct Colburn Orchestra in LA Feb. 19

The Colburn Orchestra is the flagship ensemble of the Colburn Conservatory of Music, which is nestled in the center of downtown Los Angeles’ culturally rich art community of Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Music Center, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the planned Broad Museum. Recently, conductor Gerard Schwartz said that the Colburn Orchestra is “without question among the finest orchestra in the world”. In addition to Gustavo Dudamel's performance, Dietrich Paredes - who is the chief conductor of the Youth Orchestra of Caracas (YOC) in Venezuela and a LA Phil Dudamel Conducting Fellow, will conduct on the 19th February.
