Isaac Shepard releases piano album

Isaac Shepard announced today the release of his fifth solo piano CD, "Knights and Damsels."  His creative music sets the backdrop for one's imagination: picture the classic story of a lovely lady who is imprisoned by a powerful dragon and then rescued by a knight in shining armor. The relationship does not turn out as expected at first, but through perseverance and faith they find true love.  It is the perfect Valentine's story.

Moody, simple, honest, and sometimes surprising, these thirteen modern and original compositions are also great for times of reflection and relaxation. Fans of Isaac Shepard's previous works will be happy to hear that Knights and Damsels continues in the same vein, matching the overall feel of Isaac Shepard's previous four solo piano CD's: Awaken, The Renewing, Deep Joy, and Swept Away.  His music is often compared to that of Jim Brickman and George Winston, and can often be found listed under Easy Listening, New Age, Pop, and Classical.

Isaac Shepard's music has been heard by millions of people around the world.  Music from his first two albums, Swept Away and Deep Joy, was featured in 2008 and 2009 in the smash-hit Music Catch web games, which have been played well over 22 million times in total on popular game sites across the Internet, such as Kongregate.com.  In 2009, his second album, Deep Joy, reached the #1 spot on the iTunes New Age charts.  Shortly after release, Isaac Shepard's third CD, The Renewing, made it to the #4 spot on ZoneMusicReporter's international radio airplay chart two months in a row.  His soothing piano music is played over 20,000 times a day on Pandora radio.

"Knights and Damsels" is now available at iTunes and Amazon, and at many other online music stores.  Sheet music for each of his solo piano works can be downloaded from his website at www.isaacshepard.com.
