Aussie songwriter Jack Carty will stop over in Los Angeles the first week of March to play a handful of shows across the metropolitan area. Jack's en route to Austin, TX to perform a week's worth of back-to-back shows at SXSW; one the world's largest music festivals, that takes place each year there.
Jack came on to the music scene in Sydney, Australia only a few years ago. He's already released two critically acclaimed albums (2011’s One Thousand Origami Birdsand 2012’s Break Your Own Heart) and won the MusicOz Award in 2012 for “Singer-songwriter of the Year.” He's currently finishing up a tour of Australia opening for Nashville royal Justin Townes Earle and is appearing at Western Australia's Nannup Festival before arriving in Los Angeles. He is releasing a new ep of as-yet-unreleased material in April too!
