Phaedra is back to cook her Greek Grandmother’s favorite dishes and transport you to the Aegean. ‘Cooking’ in Greek translates to “magic”. She will show you how to simply transform garden fresh ingredients into the foods of the gods! Phaedra’s Japanese and Greek heritages inspire her everyday dinners at home. You will taste dishes that have become her ‘go to’ comfort foods, and learn the myths and secrets of her Mediterranean diet.
“Kali Orexi” (Greek for Bon Appetit!)
Her delicious menu includes:
Appetizer: Olives with Pita Bread; Spinach pie
Soup: Avgolemono (Chicken-lemon-egg)
Main Course: Pastichio; Greek green beans OR Greek Salad; Lamb Souvlaki
Dessert: Galactoboureko (semolina custard filo pie)
