TurboTax launches "Tax Rap Contest"

Vanilla Ice – who exploded onto the rap music scene in the early 90's with his No. 1 hit “Ice, Ice Baby” – will star in TurboTax’s first ever “Tax Rap Contest” on ww.TheTaxRap.com providing fun-loving taxpayers nationwide a shot at their own Grammy-worthy performance and $25,000 in winnings.

To kick off the contest, Vanilla Ice’s original Tax Rap video and lyrics, inspired by his own personal tax filing experiences, will be unveiled on www.YouTube.com and www.TheTaxRap.com on February 12. You are invited to submit your own tax rap for cash prizes including a $25,000 grand prize. Winners will be determined by the number of votes cast by viewers on www.TheTaxRap.com between February 12 and March 30. In addition, the first 500 entrants will receive FREE TurboTax software to help get their 2006 returns under “raps.”
