Background
The Jung Trio won the Grand Prize at the 2002 Yellow Springs Chamber Music Competition and the Bronze Medal at the 2002 Fischoff Competition. The Trio was selected by Young Artists International,Inc. as Debut Artists 2007 and performed during the International Laureates Festival and as part of iPalpiti in the Walt Disney Hall. Sisters Jennie, Ellen, and Julie hold degrees from the University of Toronto, New England Conservatory of Music, and Yale University School of Music, where all three received Artist Diplomas. Pianist Jennie Jung is currently a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at the Juilliard School.
