Marina Siertis's new effort is here

The 10th of January 2008 the Swedish band Marina Siertis release their second album "The Much Needed Second Cold War" on the label Shadowplay Music.
"The Much Needed Second Cold War" includes a number of strong reflections over both national and international events such as Bush's Iraq war, the stabbing of the Swedish foreign minister Anna Lindh and the hope after the hurricane catastrophes in the US.
The music of Marina Siertis can be described as a dark blend of Depeche Mode, The Cure and Radiohead. A well-polished sound dominated by melancholic and atmospheric surroundings.
The latest single "The Minister is Dead," which was released previously this autumn, has been broadcasted on Swedish national radio as well as on local radio around Europe.
