The Birthday Massacre to continue tour

Metropolis Records new comer of the year in 2005, The Birthday Massacre released its newest album Walking With Strangers in autumn of 2007. The Birthday Massacre followed the album up with an extensive tour which was considered incredibly successful and provided its devout fans a chance to witness the incredible power this band exhibits on stage. Since the demand for tickets to the shows in autumn of 2007 and spring of 2008 were so high, The Birthday Massacre has decided to travel once again to perform for the many fans who were unable to get tickets during the two tours.

Transposing the newest album to a live performance has been an enjoyable task for members of the Birthday Massacre since all six members have a background in the arts. As with previous shows, their confidence promises to be shown onstage with extreme energy and highly entertaining performances. They have a knack for mixing themes of horror and tragedy with fun and satire to create a unique and versatile sound which is a captivating hybrid of 80's electronica and aggressive guitars, curiously fused with a cinematic quality of melodic progressions.
