Mötley Crüe returns to Sunset Blvd., the place where it all began 27 years ago, for a show at the newly renovated Hollywood Palladium on Friday, November 14. Tickets for the show go on sale Saturday, October 18 at 12 noon on www.livenation.com. The band joins Jay-Z; Gym Class Heroes; The Roots; Jonas Brothers; Rise Against; Mudvayne; OneRepublic; Backstreet Boys and others still to be announced at the reopening of the legendary venue.

Mötley Crüe, the world's most notorious rock band, thundered through amphitheaters on the summer season's most successful rock festival, Crüe Fest and will bring all the grit and grime of their legendary rock shows indoors for the special one off performance.

Saints of Los Angeles, the first new studio album recorded with all of the original band members in over a decade, tore onto the charts with a #4 debut on the Billboard 200 chart and the #1 independent release of the week. Lyrically, the album follows the story of the band’s New York Times best-selling memoir The Dirt, a no-holds-barred tell-all that features every gritty detail of the band's exploits. Lead single “Saints of Los Angeles,” a top ten Rock radio hit, was released simultaneously on the Rock Band video game and through traditional online outlets in an industry first, selling more than five times the number of downloads via the video game as it did on iTunes in its first week of release.

Since their debut album Too Fast For Love hit the streets in 1982, Mötley Crüe rose from Hollywood's underground to become one of the most successful and influential bands in rock history. Their second album, 1983's Shout at the Devil, helped catapult the group to the top of the heap and 1985's Theatre of Pain cemented Mötley Crüe's position as one of the top rock and roll bands, hitting Top 10 and selling more than two million copies with the help of the hit power ballad “Home Sweet Home” and their version of “Smokin' in the Boys' Room.”

In 1987 Mötley Crüe released Girls, Girls, Girls, hitting #2 on The Billboard Top 200, and in 1989 they released Dr. Feelgood which reached the #1 position and featured the hits “Kickstart My Heart,” Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)” and the title track “Dr. Feelgood,” selling over four million copies. Mötley Crüe has gone on to sell over 80 million albums worldwide, 25 million in the U.S. alone, with six singles reaching the top 20 on the U.S. Billboard chart.

An iconic concert hall for six decades, The Hollywood Palladium will reopen on October 15th. The venue received a year-long, top-to-bottom renovation, bringing back the legendary building's original grandeur while also adding state-of-the-art upgrades.
