Join Corey Feldman for a night of global environmental awareness and live music from his Pink Floyd influenced group Truth Movement at The Key Club in Hollywood April 10th. Hosted by Ed Begley Jr. this event aims to create an atmosphere of learning and communication about the issues facing our world, ranging from Fuel technology to alternative sources of energy. Guest speakers include Kevin Vickery who is the co-producer of the award winning new film FUEL.
There is a live auction featuring a Fender Squire Stratocaster signed by the band donated by Fender. A portion of the auction and the whole evening’s proceeds will be donated to Global Green USA, a foundation formed in 1993 with the goal of addressing some the greatest challenges facing humanity. In the USA their work is primarily focused on stemming global climate change by creating green buildings and cities.
In addition Corey Feldman and Truth Movement are dedicated to evangelizing and participating in causes that further spread the growth of green technology and habits.
The doors open at 7:00 pm and admission is $20.00 which gives guests a night of music, guest speakers, celebrities, and musicians including Mark Karan (Grateful Dead, Rat Dog), that have changed the face of music as we know it.
The show will also feature a laser light spectacular, and the premier of the Green is the Colour direct your own video contest winner. Opening the show will be a performance from Greg Cipes (Fast and the Furious) with Cipes and the people.
