Levi's launches 501 Day to benefit Goodwill Industries

The Levi’s® Brand to Launch Annual “501® Day”
With Jeans Exchange to Benefit Goodwill Industries

WHAT: Levi’s® “501® Day,” the company’s annual all-employee volunteer effort that features a jeans exchange program (“Give Jeans”) at Levi’s® stores to benefit Goodwill Industries.

When customers bring their gently worn denim from any brand to participating Levi’s® stores, they’ll receive a coupon for 25 percent off a new pair of Levi’s® jeans, as well as an “I Gave Jeans Today!” button. In a “pay-it-forward” spirit, the more jeans Goodwill sells, the more the organization can fund job-training programs that help transform lives and provide hope for thousands of people impacted by current economic conditions. Jeans are Goodwill’s number one selling item in their retail stores across the country.
