Dead by Sunrise to perform at the Roxy in support of new album

Dead by Sunrise, the new band fronted by Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington, have announced three upcoming live shows to celebrate the release of their debut album, Out of Ashes, due from Warner Bros. Records on October 13th, 2009.

The band, which is Bennington on vocals, guitarists Ryan Shuck and Amir Derakh (from Orgy/Julien-K), bassist Brandon Belsky, drummer Elias Anda (also from Julien-K), and keyboardist Anthony Valcic, will perform at Wasted Space in the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas on October 1st, at The Gramercy Theatre in New York City on October 14th, and at the Roxy in Los Angeles on October 19th.

Fans attending these very special shows will be treated to songs from Out of Ashes, which was produced by Howard Benson (Motorhead, My Chemical Romance). The album’s first single, “Crawl Back In,” continues its assault on Rock radio, after being the most-added track for four consecutive weeks in September. The video for “Crawl Back In” is viewable at www.myspace.com/deadbysunrise.

As previously announced, Dead by Sunrise will perform also at MTV’s first annual “Ulalume” Halloween festival on October 23rd, 2009, at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD, alongside Paramore, AFI, and Kid Cudi. Their performance will air during a Halloween-themed week on MTV, MTV.com, mtvU, and mtvU.com.
