Gardeners…Plant Lovers…Walkers! Learn 10 new plants every month!
Walk to interesting Arboretum areas where Jill will discuss each plant, including care, watering, placement and culture, and provide you with handouts.
§ Bring your camera so you can catalogue and remember each plant.
Please note-April 3:
Due to the 5K run at Santa Anita, Baldwin Ave will be closed early in the morning. When you come to the Plant ID class, please take Baldwin Ave. south, and turn into The Arboretum parking lot at the first available turn. (You may reach Baldwin from exits off of the 210 freeway, or from Colorado Blvd.)
There will likely be a guard there at the first entrance; please say that you are registered for an early class, and the guard will let you enter the parking lot. You will not be able to go north on Baldwin from Huntington Drive until about 9-9:30am when the street will re-open.
