The Bernie Pearl Blues Band returns to the ABC for "Blues Society Night". Anyone with a membership card from any blues society, world-wide, will be admitted for $5, half-price! Opening at 8:00 is the great Bobby Bluehouse Band, which features Dave Melton on guitar, one of my favorite players. We play 10:15-1:30.

I will be in acoustic concert with Mike Barry at Old Time Music in San Diego, $20, 7:00 - 9:00. All ages.That afternoon, I will lead an Acoustic Blues Guitar workshop - a "Hands On!" approach to playing the blues on an acoustic guitar. Students should bring acoustic guitar, slide, thumb pick, and are welcome to record the two-hour session. Noon-2:00, $25.
