If you've stepped foot anywhere near London or Glasgow across the waters lately, the impact of GRUM's music needs no introduction. A DJ who rules the underground overseas, and regularly commands the Hype Machine top spot for his remixes, GRUM has championed an army of supporters ranging from taste-maker blogs like Discodust, BBC Radio 1 DJs Zane Lowe, Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Rob Da Bank and a host of fans from artists like Aeroplane and Pendulum.
A 24 year old Edinburgh-born DJ and producer Graeme Shepherd, a.k.a. GRUM is a dance-floor alchemist who has earned glowing comparisons to Mylo, The Chemical Brothers and Justice. High praise indeed, but praise he's earned with a string of tracks that have not so much seen him own the blogosphere as spin it playfully in the palm of his hands.

GRUM best won his followers over with his three enormo club anthems (“Runaway,” “Heartbeats” and “Sound Reaction”), wowing audiences worldwide with massive remixes for the Friendly Fires, Goldfrapp and Lady GaGa -- to name a few. Known for his mammoth DJ sets guaranteed to fill a room, playing sets ranging from VICE gigs in New York City to sold-out dates in Paris, Barcelona, Australia and Brazil, GRUM has undoubtedly elevated himself to the upper echelon of live electronic performers and unforgettable club production.

Already winning the hearts of taste-makers worldwide, GRUM sets off to champion world domination with his massive crossover hit 'Can't Shake This Feeling,' released April 13, 2010 to celebrate the release of his album Heartbeats (May 18/Ultra Records).

Brimming with a box-load of influences from Daft Punk to Human League and Stuart Price, "Can't Shake This Feeling" is the pinnacle of his work to date with an incredible cross-over appeal that will infect your ears. The track encapsulates what he refers to as "an endorphin rush of disco-house, '80s pop, Italo-disco and FM rock" and combines the soaring synths and vocals of the '80s with the energy and arrangement of 2010. Backed with mixes from the likes of Aston Shuffle, DCup, Beaumont, Charlie! and Ghosts Of Venice - and one hell of a video that has to be seen to be believed – “Can’t Shake This Feeling” is a major calling card for an artist set to be the breakthrough dance artist of 2010.

To support the release of this exciting album and single, GRUM sets his sights stateside playing a joint headline tour with Brazilian DJs The Twelves across the US starting this month before bringing the BPM to the UK for Get Loaded in the Park and Creamfields this Summer.

Be sure to catch GRUM live in a city near you. With his deliciously Summer ready dance hits, GRUM guarantees you'll be grooving your way into the wee hours of the morning.
