Elliott Randall & the Deadmen at the Viper Room March 3

Bay Area-based, Elliot Randall & The Deadmen fuse together a mix of outlaw country, rock and the band's own brand of rhythm & blues while blending together three-part harmonies. The band leans toward guitar-driven melodies (thanks to guitarist, James DePrato) and down-home arrangements mixed in with an earthy country twang that makes it a must to see them live.

Elliot Randall & The Deadmen's 2nd record, Caffeine and Gasoline was released in 2010, and spent over twenty weeks on the Americana charts. The record also appears at #33 on the AMA Top 100 of 2010 and was also named on Twangville, Amber Waves of Twang, Freight Train Boogie and KFOG's (morning show) best of 2010 lists.

The album was recorded and produced at Mission Bells Studio in San Francisco by David Simon-Baker (ALO, Jackie Greene, The Mother Hips) and Randall, and features Randall’s core band—Kyle Caprista (drums, vocals), James Deprato (guitars, banjo, mandolin), and Danilo Lopez (bass, vocals)—and a special guest appearance by Jackie Greene on keys.
