Yellowcard to tour in support of new album

As the days countdown to YELLOWCARD's hugely-anticipated release of When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes on March 22, 2011, both MTV Networks and AbsolutePunk are throwing fuel on the fire. MTV will be exclusively debuting their new video "For You, And Your Denial" on MTV2 and MTVu on Tuesday, February 22nd.

In their posting with a sneak peek at their video,'s "Buzzworthy" wrote, "The new album marks the first time we'll have heard from Yellowcard since their recent reunion following a two-year hiatus. 'For You And Your Denial' sounds like classic Yellowcard to us, with soaring, treated violin lines flying over a crunching, emo-punk foundation."

The preview can be seen here:

"We really have to thank all of our fans for bringing this song to life," said that band in a combined statement. "When we put it out we just wanted to give you all something from the new record to get you excited. We never imagined that it would get this far. Please start spreading the word for the premier and thank you all so much for the support!"

The video was directed by Chris Marrs Pilliero who recently won a VMA Award for directing The Black Keys' "Tighten Up" and also directed new videos for The Ready Set and Ke$ha among many others.

Meanwhile, the rambunctious readers at AbsolutePunk have voted When You're Done Thinking, Say Yes the "#1 Most Anticipated of 2011" which can be seen here:

A high honor especially since the distinction is based on reader votes, the band topples stiff competition from Blink-182, All Time Low, Every Time I Die, among the list of 60.
Yellowcard are currently on tour in Asia, before heading off to Europe and the UK. They begin their US dates with All Time Low on March 19th in Lancaster, PA at the Chameleon Club.

With over three million of their previous records sold, Ryan Key (vocals/guitar) and original members Sean Mackin (violin) and Longineu (“LP”) Parsons (drums) continuing with Ryan Mendez (guitar) will be joined by longtime friend of the band Sean O’Donnell (bass), whose addition has been described as a “natural fit” for the current mindset and progression of the group. When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes was produced by Neal Avron, the “sixth member of the band” who has produced three of their previous albums including their breakthrough Ocean Avenue.
