St. Denis Catholic Church Christian Service is shipping Care Packages to our brave soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan to remind them that the people at home appreciate their sacrifice and service to us all.
President Liz Fan suggests monetary donations towards the postage and supplies and also donations of items for the boxes. We can use items such as small packages of food, sun block, chap stick, Ramon noodles, small cans of food with pop tops, gum, lifesavers, trail mix, etc. We would also suggest personal notes and cards from both adults and children.
Monday, March 28 is the deadline to receive cash donations and items to fill the boxes.
Donations will be accepted at St. Denis Church, 2151 S. Diamond Bar Boulevard, Diamond Bar.
