Larry Wilson guests on "City Beat" on KPAS

Topics on the latest edition of “City Beat” on KPAS and the Internet include possible voting by district during Pasadena Unified School District Board of Education elections, local hiring during the Rose Bowl Stadium renovation, and recent employee layoffs and related budget issues.
