Triumph chopper to go

It is with a heavy heart I write this blog entry.

A little over two years ago my brother decided to help me revamp my '65 Triumph chopper and get it road-worthy again. But life got in the way and other than the engine being reworked, everything was in boxes in his shed.

On Friday, my brother called me to say he is moving out of state and he needed to move my bike (rather the boxes...). So it is now safely stowed at a friend's house. Unfortunately though, I am not able to complete the project at this time so I am offering it for sale.

The bike has a no-op registration and features a raked frame, Indian front end and Harley Fat Bob back fender. The photo shows what it looked like before the teardown. I plan to keep the coffin tank, but I have another tank in very good condition to go with the bike. Also, it needs lots of TLC, such as new wheels, wiring and other goodies.

The bike is in the Pomona area of SoCal right now. If you're truly interested, drop me a comment with your e-mail.

Thanks,

Mickie

Triumph-Indian-Harley?, reminds my of the car that my Dad built in the 1930's from a 1929 Chevy chassis and a 1927 Essex body, with about 10% parts from other makes. He called it "The Swoose" and it ran until about 1948.
(When one reaches "my age", just about anything will cause a "memory access".)
(I know parting with the chopper must be painful, and I hope your bike finds a good home)
