This is So Cal based band is creating a sound that's unique and influential in the growing "kindie rock" scene nationally.
USA Today called them "the best new band of 2011" last December.
They will perform a free concert at Descanso Gardens on July 24th, as part of a regular Tuesday concert series:

Lucky Diaz, his new wife and longtime band mate Alisha, their daughter Ella, and their rotating set of band members live and work in Silverlake and are trend and style setters with their music an overall concept - hip, sweet, but never saccarine music that the whole family can enjoy.
They've performed at the Getty Center, McCabe's, and recently rocked the Target stage at the LA Times Book Festival at USC. In August, they have shows at the Skirball Center and Descanso Gardens.
