See Linkin Park concert simulcast from New York City

CONCERT TO AIR SIMULTANEOUSLY IN MOVIE THEATRES ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND ONLINE – TICKETS ON SALE NOW


WHAT: On Monday, May 14th, the eve before Linkin Park’s long awaited new album, “Minutes to Midnight,” hits stores, National CineMedia’s FATHOM and AOL Music Live! will simultaneously present Linkin Park’s concert from New York City, captured live three days earlier during the band’s performance at the famed Webster Hall.

Experience the May 14th concert event on the big screen in High Definition and Cinema Surround Sound in nearly 100 movie theatres across the country starting at 9:00 p.m. The theatre event will feature never-before-seen bonus footage from the making of the new Linkin Park album. Tickets for the in-theatre event are on sale now for $12.50 and can be purchased online at FathomEvents.com or at participating theatre box offices. The concert portion of the show will also be available for streaming online at AOL Music (www.music.aol.com/videos/live-concerts/linkin-park) beginning at 9:30 p.m. EST. Following the live broadcast, the concert will be cataloged and available for on-demand viewing at AOL Music.

WHY: Grammy-Award winning band, Linkin Park has returned with “Minutes to Midnight,” their first new full length album in four years. The concert will give fans a live preview of the forthcoming album, featuring the single, “What I’ve Done,” which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Modern Rock charts, and #7 on the Hot 100 charts. In addition, the band will be playing tracks from their chart topping albums, “Hybrid Theory” and “Meteora” that produced the number #1 hits, “In the End,” “Somewhere I Belong,” “Faint,” “Numb,” “Lying from You,” and “Breaking the Habit.”
